Paid orders ship within 1 business day. Crypto orders ship once the payment confirms on-chain. Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. Vacuum-sealed and odor-proof. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.
Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves the door, and lives in My Account.
United States only. We cannot ship to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
If tracking stalls or a package never lands, contact us. We work it out with the carrier and make it right.
Our products are consumables, so we cannot accept returns once an order ships. Section 6 covers the exceptions.
